What is Novus Farmstead?


Novus Farmstead is a locally operated farm in Carcar City, Cebu, dedicated to sustainable agriculture and delivering fresh, naturally grown produce straight from our fields to your doorstep.

What products do you offer?


We offer a seasonal selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, and farm-fresh eggs—harvested straight from our fields. Each box varies depending on what’s in season, so you always get produce at its peak freshness and flavor.

Are your products organic or pesticide-free?


While we are not yet certified organic, we follow natural and sustainable farming practices. That means we grow our crops without synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers—just honest, earth-friendly methods that are better for you and the environment.

Subscription

How does the subscription work?

Choose a package (Solo, Standard, or Premium), select your preferred delivery frequency (weekly or bi-weekly), and we’ll deliver fresh produce to your home every Tuesday or Friday.

 Can I customize what’s in the box?

At the moment, contents are curated based on seasonal availability. However, we’ll always share a preview of what’s included—and you can let us know if you have allergies or strong preferences.

Where do you deliver?


We deliver within Carcar City and nearby areas in Cebu. Message us to check if we can accommodate your specific location.

Do you allow farm pick-up?


Yes! Farm pick-up can be arranged upon request. We’ll provide directions and coordinate the schedule with you.

What happens if I miss a delivery?


If you’re not available, you can leave delivery instructions or designate someone to receive it. We’ll do our best to work with you on rescheduling if needed.

Is there a delivery fee?


Delivery within our regular service area is either free or minimal depending on distance. We’ll confirm any fees when you place your order.
